Using this website

You may use this website and its free AI tools (Blueprint, X-Ray, Taste Genome, Concierge) for lawful purposes. Automated scraping or abuse of the AI tools is not permitted, and we rate-limit usage to keep them available for everyone.

AI outputs

AI-generated estimates, audits, briefs and answers are indicative guidance, not binding quotes or professional advice. A project is only agreed once you accept a written quote or statement of work in Mission Control.

Client portal

Mission Control accounts are for clients and their invited team members. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the actions of users you invite.

Approvals, e-signatures and change orders accepted in the portal are recorded with a timestamp and form part of your agreement with us.

Payments

Invoices are payable through Stripe within the terms stated on each invoice. Work may pause on overdue accounts after written notice.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you as set out in your statement of work. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
